Сергій Самойлов — Голова правління "Громадське об’єднання миротворців ООН" та Директор молодіжних програм AISP/SPIA — взяв участь у пам’ятних заходах, присвячених Міжнародному дню миротворців ООН, які пройшли 3 червня 2025 року у місті Тунон (Thonon-les-Bains), Франція, на кордоні зі Швейцарією. Участь відбулась на особисте запрошення Президента AISP/SPIA Лорана Аттар-Байру та Віце - президента по Західній Європі Альберта Тибора.
🔹 Міжнародний день миротворців ООН, заснований у 2002 році Генеральною Асамблеєю ООН, офіційно відзначається 29 травня. Це день пам’яті, вдячності та підтримки всіх, хто служив і служить заради миру у світі.
Миротворці діють у найнебезпечніших куточках світу, допомагаючи долати наслідки конфліктів, підтримувати безпеку, відновлювати життя. Вони — представники збройних сил, поліції та цивільного сектора, які разом утворюють єдину команду заради спільної мети — підтримання миру.
З 1992 року військові, поліцейські та цивільні спеціалісти з України брали участь у понад 20 місіях ООН у таких країнах, як Ліван, Демократична Республіка Конго, Кот-д’Івуар, Косово, Ефіопія, Судан, Грузія, Сьєрра-Леоне та інші. Їхня віддана служба сприяє не лише стабільності у світі, а й утвердженню авторитету України на міжнародній арені.
🌐🇺🇳 Про AISP/SPIA
AISP/SPIA (Association Internationale des Soldats de la Paix / International Association of Soldiers for Peace) — міжнародна платформа, яка об’єднує миротворців ООН, ветеранів, молодіжних лідерів і громадських активістів, що просувають цінності миру, солідарності та міжнародного співробітництва. Одним із важливих напрямів діяльності є гуманітарна сфера.
Урочистості в Туноні
За підтримки керівництва AISP/SPIA, на чолі з Президентом Лораном Аттар-Байру та за участі мера Тунона відбулись такі заходи:
🔹 Урочисте засідання, присвячене місії ООН і міжнародній миротворчій солідарності
🔹 Церемонія вшанування пам’яті загиблих миротворців
🔹 Офіційні виступи, вручення відзнак, символічні жести єдності
До участі долучились делегації з Франції, Швейцарії, України, Бельгії, Італії та інших країн. Важливою була участь юних миротворців Франції, що долучилися до урочистостей із великою зацікавленістю та ентузіазмом.
🤝 В ході спілкування було обговорено, та первинно окреслено контури співробітництва з наступних напрямків:
- молодіжна дипломатія,
- гуманітарна підтримка,
- питання мінної безпеки,
- неформальна освіта та миротворчі тренінги.
💬 Миру — бути. І він починається з кожного з нас.
"Мир — це не лише відсутність війни. Це постійна праця, солідарність та служіння людству."— одне з головних гасел AISP/SPIA.
Щиро дякуємо AISP/SPIA, її Президенту Лорану Аттар-Байру, Віце - президенту по Західній Європі Альберту Тибору за унікальну можливість відвідати церемонії та взяти участь у конструктивному діалозі щодо майбутнього миру та миробудівництва.

Serhii Samoilov — Chairman of the Board of the "Public Union of UN Peacekeepers" and Director of Youth Programs AISP/SPIA — took part in commemorative events dedicated to the International Day of UN Peacekeepers, which were held on June 3, 2025 in the city of Thonon-les-Bains, France, on the border with Switzerland. The participation took place at the personal invitation of AISP/SPIA President Laurent Attar-Bayrou and Vice President for Western Europe Albert Tibor.
🔹 The International Day of UN Peacekeepers, established in 2002 by the UN General Assembly, is officially celebrated on May 29. This is a day of remembrance, gratitude and support for all who have served and are serving for peace in the world.
Across the world’s most fragile regions, peacekeepers work tirelessly to rebuild lives, prevent conflict, and safeguard humanity. Whether military, police, or civilian — you serve together, as one team, to uphold peace where it is most needed.
Since 1992, military personnel, police officers, and civilian experts from Ukraine have served in over 20 UN missions — including Lebanon, DR Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Kosovo, Ethiopia, Sudan, Georgia, Sierra Leone, and beyond. Your efforts have not only supported global stability but also strengthened Ukraine’s voice in international peace and security.

AISP/SPIA (Association Internationale des Soldats de la Paix / International Association of Soldiers for Peace) is an international platform that unites UN peacekeepers, veterans, youth leaders and public activists who promote the values of peace, solidarity and international cooperation. One of the important areas of activity is the humanitarian sphere.
Ukraine is worthily represented in AISP/SPIA (International Association of UN Peacekeepers) by, in particular, the Kharkiv organization " Public Union of UN Peacekeepers", headed by Serhii Samoilov and Oleksandr Doroshenko. It is an active participant in the international peacekeeping community and implements a number of educational and youth initiatives in the field of peace and security. The organization is the founder and implements programs that have become International - "School of Peace", "Young Peacemaker" (in cooperation with the Department of Education), conducts quests, competitions aimed at developing a culture of peace among youth, security training.
Celebrations in Tounon
With the support of the AISP/SPIA leadership, led by President Laurent Attar-Bairou and with the participation of the Mayor of Tounon, the following events were held:
🔹 Solemn meeting dedicated to the UN mission and international peacekeeping solidarity
🔹 Ceremony to honor the memory of the fallen peacekeepers
🔹 Official speeches, awarding of awards, symbolic gestures of unity
Delegations from France, Switzerland, Ukraine, Belgium, Italy and other countries participated. The participation of young peacekeepers from France was important, who joined the celebrations with great interest and enthusiasm.
🤝 During the communication, the contours of cooperation in the following areas were discussed and initially outlined:
- youth diplomacy,
- humanitarian support,
- mine safety issues,
- non-formal education and peacekeeping trainings.
💬 Peace is to be. And it starts with each of us.
"Peace is not just the absence of war. It is constant work, solidarity and service to humanity."
— one of the main slogans of AISP/SPIA.
